Meditation

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, nor to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly. ~ Buddha

Meditation can and should happen at any time throughout the day and night. It starts your day off with focus. It offers a reset to your day when it goes awry. Meditation guides you to a restful sleep. Many activities can be meditative – washing dishes, riding in the car, walking, and so much more. Sometimes you can meditate on your own; sometimes you want a bit of guidance or assistance.

Audio Membership

Audio Meditation Membership gives you access to a new set of guided meditations, breath work, and meditative activities each month. On the first day of the month, you receive an email with a members-only playlist. The SoundCloud playlist can be used via your web browser or via the SoundCloud app on your phone/device. This playlist facilitates unlimited plays of any and all of the recordings on it. You can join mid-month, but the membership still ends at the end of the calendar month. For only $10/month, Zoa will be your recorded guide to a relaxing and centering meditation practice.

My gift to you is a few free meditation audio recordings for you to use at your leisure. Please use them as you need!

Private Cave

The door opens, you enter this space for solitary reflection, and immediately feel the stress fall away under the healing light of the salt lamps. The soft rug underfoot reminds some of a carpet of fallen leaves. Your choice of music, white (or colored) noise, other meditative sounds, or guided meditation CDs automatically plays for the length of your session. Whether you sit or lie on the fallen leaves, warm blankets and cushions comfort your body. Mandalas and flowers attract your attention and offer a point of focus. Allow your mind to wander as you generate patterns using geometric tiles, see constellations and their stories in the glow-in-the-dark stars, or create order within the Zen Sand Garden. If you prefer to cocoon, the Universe awaits you with a cozy chair to sit on while you look at the stars and ponder your place within and your true self.

The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. ~ Hippocrates
